Fujiko's shiny dress

I completed this one yesterday but I didn't have the chance to post it up because something kept going wrong with my stupid browser. >/ Stupid thing. Anyways I'm really really sorry for not posting up something in a long time. It was either because I was reading One Piece manga scans or I was occupied with RO or watching anime. So back to the picture. This is Fujiko Mine from Lupin Sansei ( Lupin III ). I was having a hard time drawing the shadows on her body because i already positioned a light source for her. After I was done coloring her I was just having fun with Painter stuff and the blue lighting effect.Critics and comments are well appreciated ^_^

Done in pencil. Touched up and colored in Painter Classic.
